| Ground Rules: |
1. Only two (2) timed events contestants or teams in the arena at one (1) time. After a contestant(s) leaves, another one may enter. The Rodeo will stop until this rule is adhered to.
** Committee is frustrated that this rule is not more strictly enforced. Fans and Sponsors are upset because it blocks their view of the rodeo. |
| 2. Ladies Barrel Racers must be in the alley ready to go when called upon. |
| 3. No contestants allowed in the arena one and a half (1.5) hours prior to performance start times. An outdoor arena will be open full-time. |
| 4. No timed event horses shall be left in any pens, alleys, or in the indoor arena overnight. Outdoor arena is acceptable but at the owner's expense and responsibility. |
| 5. Contestant parking in marked areas only. |

| 1. Free Trade Show. |
| 2. Contestants welcome to free mean in hospitality room. |
| 3. Friday night dance in the dirt, Saturday night Beer Garden/Cabaret. |
| 4. Friday at 9:00am is the Special Needs Rodeo, contestants are invited to come and make a child’s day. |
